After obtaining the "Approval Letter for Setting up Medical Institutions" issued by the local health administrative department, what are the necessary reporting and approval processes for hospital construction projects to enter the formal construction stage? Which supervisory departments should I deal with? How long does the entire approval process take? How to establish a schedule to guide the orderly progress of work?
Most of the departments mentioned above have acceptance windows within the administrative service center, and applicants only need to submit relevant materials as required to various windows within the center to handle the application.
The approval deadline for each stage starts from the day after the last approval department window that receives the materials submitted by the applicant signs for them. If the materials submitted by the applicant do not meet the requirements and need to be modified or resubmitted, the approval deadline will be recalculated from the day after the applicant modifies or resubmits the materials.
At each stage of the construction application, there is a "Supervision Card". The approval department window and the applicant must fill out the handover "Supervision Card" as required, which serves as a basis for supervising the work efficiency of each approval department window and accepting complaints from applicants. After each construction application stage, the 'Supervision Card' will be submitted to the leading department window for storage.
