After the operation of the institution, it will gradually reach a service capacity of 1500 outpatient visits per day, 500 inpatient beds, 100 high-end elderly care beds, and 500 ordinary elderly care beds. An international medical, rehabilitation, and elderly care infrastructure system, intelligent scientific management concepts, and high-quality services will be the main features of the medical, health, and elderly care complex. Ultimately, it will be built into a regional "health charity industrial park" (including but not limited to: Puyang Plain Hospital, Puyang Yinian Kindergarten, and Puyang Social Children's Welfare Home).
